石塑電梯門(mén)套的安裝方法

石塑電梯門(mén)套裝置 ：假如是傳統(tǒng)方式——現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制造的門(mén)套，是由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝飾工人間接用釘子固定于門(mén)洞墻 門(mén)套體；而假如是成套門(mén)商品的門(mén)套裝置（如今越來(lái)越多的用戶(hù)均采用成套門(mén)商品），則要思索兩個(gè)成績(jī)：

二裝置者關(guān)于裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的事前勘測(cè)與裝置時(shí)的工藝流程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性（如采用發(fā)泡劑等方式關(guān)于電梯門(mén)套結(jié)實(shí)性、精準(zhǔn)性和日后運(yùn)用的波動(dòng)性一切能夠發(fā)生的影響）。

1、依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙反省門(mén)的規(guī)格、開(kāi)啟方向、相關(guān)配件等。

2、用卷尺量門(mén)洞的高與寬。門(mén)的規(guī)范高寬尺寸是200cm×80cm；衛(wèi)生間的門(mén)高寬是200cm×70cm。尺寸如有出入要及時(shí)糾正。

3、測(cè)量地位線，確定門(mén)框的地位，用墨斗彈拉出垂直線，一側(cè)門(mén)洞兩條垂直線。

4、在垂直線上用沖擊鉆打眼，孔眼與孔眼之間的間隔約爲(wèi)30cm，一側(cè)門(mén)兩排共10個(gè)孔眼。沖擊鉆的鉆頭應(yīng)爲(wèi)12mm，所鉆孔眼深度約爲(wèi)6cm。

5、將小木楔用鐵錘逐一釘入孔眼，以便固定門(mén)框板。小木楔的體積大小爲(wèi)5cm×1.5cm×1.5cm，以落葉松制造的爲(wèi)好，由于落葉松的木質(zhì)構(gòu)造緊，不容易松動(dòng)。

6、開(kāi)料制造門(mén)框。左右做兩側(cè)門(mén)框龍骨的木工板尺寸爲(wèi)200cm× 3cm×8cm，門(mén)框頂龍骨的木工板尺寸爲(wèi)80cm×3cm×8cm。將高密度九厘板涂膠粘在龍骨上，再用汽槍釘固定。
6. Open the door frame. The size of the woodworking board with two sides of the doorframe keel is about 200cm * 3cm * 8cm, and the size of the woodwork board of the door frame keel is 80cm * 3cm * 8cm. Glue the high density nine - board to the keel and fix it with a steam gun.
7、將制造好的三條門(mén)框按門(mén)的外形銜接起來(lái)，并且用大釘子在接合處固定。

8、用刨子將銜接好的門(mén)框外表修平整，修整邊角，棱角清楚。

9、將門(mén)框放到門(mén)洞上，按墻面的程度線爲(wèi)準(zhǔn)，門(mén)框下拿木頭或許磚頭墊起，調(diào)理門(mén)框的高度。上面預(yù)留5cm埋在地板的龍骨中。

10、在門(mén)框的下面釘一個(gè)釘子，把線垂掛上，經(jīng)過(guò)線垂來(lái)調(diào)整門(mén)框的垂直，一邊權(quán)衡一邊用麻花釘將門(mén)框固定在門(mén)洞上。

11、制造門(mén)臉的線條。門(mén)臉可以是現(xiàn)成買(mǎi)的，也可以是施工人員依照?qǐng)D紙做出來(lái)的。制造完成后，就把門(mén)臉固定到門(mén)框上六，這樣門(mén)套就根本完成了。

12、把門(mén)放到門(mén)套上比劃好，確定合頁(yè)在門(mén)套上的詳細(xì)地位，再按合頁(yè)的厚度切出口徑。也切出鎖套的口徑。將門(mén)裝置到門(mén)套上，合頁(yè)用鑼絲刀將鑼絲釘擰緊。留意門(mén)與石塑電梯門(mén)套的間隙不得大于1.5mm，以順暢開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén)爲(wèi)準(zhǔn)。

Note that the clearance between door and stone elevator door can not be greater than 1.5mm, with a smooth opening and closing door as the criterion.
